Important COVID-19 Update:
Hello and good morning from our team at Animal Hospital of Katy! We hope you and your family are well and stay safe. In order to keep all of our clients and staff safe, we have implemented new safety measures until further notice as we navigate through social distancing due to COVID-19.
Starting Monday, March 23, 2020, we have changed our business hours to 8 am to 5 pm. We currently offer curbside services as well as curbside pick up for all medication and prescription diets.
For our established clients experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 but needing medical advice for their pet, please call our office. Also, refer to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) website for more advice on how to keep you and your pets safe. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/veterinarians.html
For appointments, please call when you arrive to let a client service representative know you have arrived. We ask that clients waiting for appointments, please wait safely in your vehicle to keep all pets safe. As soon as we have a room ready, a technician will come outside to greet you. We are not taking walk-ins or new clients at this time, but look forward to meeting new faces soon.
MEDICATIONS/ PRESCRIPTION FOOD PICK-UP:
For clients picking up medication and prescription diets, please call in your order before you head to our office. This will give us time to prepare your order and have it ready as we await your call for arrival. We ask all clients to call when you arrive, client service representative will take payment information over the phone and items will be delivered to your vehicle. For clients waiting outside, please keep a safe distance from the exit door and at least 10-15 feet from other clients for social distancing.
Until further notice, we are not taking any boarding pets to keep staff members readily available for our clients with appointments. Don’t worry, our in-house babies are being well taken care of! We regret we cannot offer boarding at the moment and cannot wait to see all of our regular sleep over pets once things get back to normal.
We understand these new safety measures make things more complicated but these are safety measures to keep our clients as well as staff members safe so we are able to keep the clinic open. Please remember our client service representatives are working diligently to answer multiple phone calls, take phone payments, and run orders outside- all while keeping the back staff notified of orders as well as that patients have arrived for appointments. Thank you for your understanding and continued support during this time. We hope you and your family stay safe ❤️
